Those exceptional knives are grouped under the Signature series of Forge de Laguiole.
The Designer ~ French architect, city planner and designer, Jean-Michel Wilmotte likes to go where no one expects him. Art is everywhere in his life. From the interior design of Seoul Incheon International Airport in 2000 to the transformation of offices into the Mandarin Oriental Hotel of Paris in 2011, JM Wilmotte signatures can be seen all around the World. Jean-Michel Wilmotte is one of the most successful Forge de Laguiole Signature knives: an explosive line of knives, with handles in multi-colored acrylic glass
The Forge de Laguiole® knives ~ Fully handcrafted in-house, at their forge and workshops in the village of Laguiole, France, where it all begun in 1829, each knife is the result of their extraordinary materials combination, the know-how of their Master knife-smiths with the precision of a goldsmith.
