Superb, efficient and unique design in the world of corkscrews, Sommelier Haute Cuisine Corkscrew collection is a unique design of Master Cutler Claude Dozorme, made after its Chef Knives collection Haute Cuisine.

As one can guess, that unique shape will spouse your hand perfectly for a maximum comfort to open your favorite bottles. The drill is tapered: it will let you open your old treasures without breaking the cork. It is a one lever corkscrew, the lever being as well a bottle opener. It has of course a foil cutter made of top of the range steel, with micro serrated edge.

The handle of this piece is made of Ram Horn. Ram Horn has those very authentic brown, black and white colors and shades variations, and an embossed design. Ram Horn was and is still used to produce the "Shofar", the world oldest wind instrument, a highly symbolic instrument to antique civilizations.

It is delivered in a wooden gift box.
